I remember one time when we beat the Mancs at Anfield after Masher monstered their whole midfield. Anderson was playing that day (in a manner of speaking) and the "WTF?" look on his face when he picked himself up off the floor after one Masher tackle was priceless. 😀
Ha, He beat Gerrard in a 50/50 tackle and people thought Anderson was going to go on and dominate the league because of it. I remember posts on here about it.
Man Utd did a bit of a Lucas with Anderson. I remember when he signed for them he was seen as a potential Ronaldinho successor for the Brazil team, and he looked skilful and tricky in the few clips I saw of him at Porto. Then they turned him into whatever he is now and he's shite.

Also read that as there's a presidential election at Barca next month, there's a clause inserted in his contract that the new president can sell him back to Atletico after the 8th August for the price he was bought for -£2.6m if they want to.

Never heard of him. No doubt all their fans have been watching him for years and he's the greatest fullback in world football.
He's highly rated and it's not only United that would have loved him - many Liverpool fans wanted him in preference to Clyne too. I hope United don't get him - though Valencia is a damn good FB already and it's not really a position they needed to strengthen. He's been Italy's RB for the past 2 seasons !
