He's really weak strength wise and doesn't have any presense at all. He's also not that quick.

The defender only needs to put his body in front and he is brushed off. Too easy.

We saw it during the pre-season friendlies where poorer defenders have defended him successfully this way. In the PL he has no chance.

You can see how Salah, Nunez or Gakpo regularly fight tooth and nail using their body strength, Fabio can't do it at all. He can't play in any of the front 3 positions. Neither can Elliot.

Agree with all that. But he has the ability to find space and get shots on goal. Look at the City game he played after the world cup. His overall game was poor, but he scored. In a game like yesterday, we could have used him at the end.

We haven’t seen him play for weeks! During that time we’ve been pummelled by anybody who dares and quite why that is better than trying a player who can actually maintain possession, I’m not sure.

I think he can be a good player when we dominate games and we load the box with our players. Maybe the Liverpool side from a few years back will suit him.

Now we need our front 3 to create, to fight against a few defenders at a time. We have missed Nunez's running, strength and power when he doesn't play. And Fabio is not Nunez at all.
