How about taking the positives from three excellent performances.
The dog on the street can see we have improved since we've used this formation.

I really don't think 3-4-3 was even on Rodgers radar.. and I don't really see it as a tactical masterstroke, as we are leaking goals as ever.. But yeh it has improved us attacking wise somewhat..

Lucas has to be played, although it probably won't go all the way to solving our defensive woes, he is certainly the best DM we have, and really should start every game in this new formation..

Have you never heard of the saying "necessity is the mother of invention"? Rodgers wasn't getting anything out of his players so he changed it up until he could manage to get more from them. We all realize that seeing your dream of Rodgers destruction come so close but now begin to teeter must be eating you up but your desperation for the manager to fail is so transparent it's almost impossible for anyone to take anything you say seriously. The more you work on it the worse it gets for you. Just stop!!

As for Lambert yes he WAS a better player in premiership than Aspas ever was.. WAS being very much the key word here.. Same goes for Lovren WAS a better player last season.. He has not improved our defence this season, his inclusion has made us far worse at the back. Moreno has not offered much more than Aly cockup did. Flannagan free from injury and on form would start ahead of both..
Not really, anyone who bothered to watch "the whole game" would have noticed how well we played and how we dominated. Everyone knows what we're short of at the minute, but it can be remedied with a striker, which would put a different complexion on results. Only a shortermist, impatient arse would be demanding his head after every result.
I don't even think it's desperation for Rodgers to fail, I think he's just another typical fickle, impatient fan with selective reasoning (we only did well because of Suarez, etc) who doesn't understand a thing about faith, history, loyalty and support.

This is such a illogical argument it beggars believe.
So you're saying Lovren WAS good last season but playing badly this time so therefore the team is worse off because Agger is a better player? What? So how well has Agger played in the PL this season? Oh, you can't tell because he is playing in the PL? Did Agger play well last season to justify his place for this season? Obviously not because he's not playing in the PL. This logic applies for Lambert and Aspas (remember that corner???) and frankly Moreno being compared to Aly is just plain wrong.
Look at it from Rodgers point of view at the beginning of the summer. Who had an excellent season at CB? Simple - Lovren. Could he foretell that Lovren wouldn't play well this season? No, unless you claim foresight so great it's better than hindsight.
In other words the 'WAS' argument is pathetic.
