A good central defense needs stability to develop and flourish. You can't plan and build a partnership with this sicknote. Move him on.

Spot on.

I understand the frustration, considering his past injuries. This time around he was just unlucky.
This is a joke, right?

Sick note? He probably broke his ribs while lunging for the ball. It's not like he was jogging and his knee exploded.

"Sick note", "Injury prone", "Made of glass"...whatever you want to call it, fact of the matter is we simply can't rely on Danny Agger over the course of a season.

He gets injured all the fucking time so it was a safe bet.

Yeah, unlucky that he's built out of fucking soup the cunt. What was the injury this time, ripped tights?

I thought you had him on ignore?

Anyway, this kind of thing is exactly why building a defence around Agger is a flawed plan. He will always get injured. The defensive unit should be as settled and solid as possible, and with him around it will not be.

That´s what I´ve been telling for years. We can´t rely on Agger (sadly).

Hey vultures, this is an Agger spprecation thread.

NB Three fractured or broken ribs. If broken 3-4 weeks. If fractured then a week to 14 days. He had problems breathing why I reckon it was ok he got subbed after all.

If you didn't know better it's almost like some posters on here thrive to see our players hurt.

Good lads.

Made of glass khl

We can't keep chopping and changing our cbs like this to cater for his brittle nature

I don't think anyone is pleased he is injured, but neither should anyone be surprised.

It doesn't really matter if he is out for 4 weeks, 2 weeks or 6 months. There is always likely to be another injury around the corner isn't there?

Yes, all players pick up injuries from time to time but when you have a player who does it time after time after time he is either very very unlucky or he is a liability. Either way that is not a player you would choose to build a team around

I love Daniel Agger.

I think he's dead ace !
TBH themn i'm surprised hes not dead yet

someone with brittle bones shouldn't be playing a contact sport

No one wants to see him injured Khl, it's just so fucking predictable. These things happen yeah, but you can deal with the odd injury here and there, the problem is, this unfortunate injury will be sandwiched in between other stupid, frustratingly niggling injuries and the inevitable longterm one. On top of which, it's also pretty galling that other defenders are getting stick when he's been partly at fault two weeks on the bounce now.

Enough is enough, we all rate him but he's injury prone and ridiculously overrated in some quarters.

Ooooh, stop being so horrid !

I have said it before but I reckon Coates is Agger's replacement, not Carra's. (his hasn't been bought yet)
Danny is a lovely centre half and comes across as a committed red but his position in the squad is unsustainable on account of his consistent injuries.

So to clarify, he fell over for no reason, cost us a goal, and got himself injured.

Way to go Dagger.
Yes, let's gas him.
