I was thinking about all the little things my parents used to do when we were kids to protect us, and I actually made myself laugh out loud.
Some of these might sound mean, but when it used to snow we weren't allowed out to play in it cos my parents didn't want us 'catching a chill'. Aww, oh and we weren't allowed to ride bikes for fear of us falling off and hurting ourselves!
