At least the lad is honest and not like so many other players talking about how he supported the club since childhood and its a dream come true.

In an interview last night he said that he's been saying from day 2 (youth coach at Ajax when Eriksen arrived) that Eriksen will fetch a prize in the region of €100M one day.

I'd prefer this not turn into a gila style thread as the uppity little mare doesn't think we're worth the effort

When we're turning into the Liverpool of old preferably already next Season we'll attract the top talents around - including Eriksen.
All he said initially was that the only club at this stage who could lure him away from his safe nest was Barca.
he's blatantly a talent, and i would love to see mre of him and possibly move to us. it's just he sounds a bit too arrogant at the minute. either he loves ajax and he is loyal to them, or he considers himself barca quality. he's got bendtner-itis.

what is it with you arrogant danes!

You've got that one completely wrong mate. Eriksen is a very humble and down to earth footballer and like the complete opposite of Bendtner when it comes to that aspect.
Every boy around these days dreams of playing for Barca for several obvious reasons. And they will be all over him for years to come for sure but with a bit of luck and some heavy investment by our new owners I see no reason why he shouldn't be one for Liverpool as well.
It's obvious however that the biggest talents around will go to biggest club/most succesful why we need to get ourselves right back to the top. And we are getting there I'm sure under the shrewd guidance of the King.
Hence when Eriksen moves on in a few years we'll be in the mix for his signature.
*Suarez loves him btw and will lure him to Anfield.

hmmm im not sure. Obviously if i'm wrong i'm wrong, but this level of global attention is surely new to him so he might start believing his own hype
[/quote]
He won't mate.
He know he's got talent obviously but he's beeing very humble about it. And that's why he's also dedicating himself to Ajax as he does, he wants to improve and mature as a player and knows there's no place better around for him at this stage in time. As a charachter he's very down-to-earth and he's simply loving his football.
Obviously we want to be in for all the young top quality talent but if we say got him this summer , however unlikely that is , where would he play ? Is he not another central attacking player and well we're still trying to work out how best to fit lucas , gerrard and meireles into the team . He doesn't look like he could play out wide although i might be wrong . Would he be happy sitting on the bench for a while ? Anyway he doesn't look in a hurry to move so lets see.
A year later he was instrumental in all 3 goals of a 3-1 victory over Manchester United for Barcelona Liverpool.
Funny thing is I started out thinking along the same lines as Fabio yesterday because hurts when anyone with clear talent says no to Liverpool. But in truth Erikson was most likely responding to a Liverpool question after fielding hundreds previously since January due to our cash splash and Suarez. Journalists fight for stories its not wise to be swayed too far either way by their articles or stories as they sometimes are. Especially if its going to make us stifle a poster as awesome as KHL, his scouting acumen has oft been praised on here. I hope Suarez could have an impact in attracting Erikson or any young attacking talent, I'd love to play some footy with him.
Just an idea for those in charge at 6cm; maybe an ignore option on threads also, might stop these thread base issues slowly starting to surface. Might even shorten access time too. Also if enough people put a topic on ignore, maybe a flag to the mods or an auto-lock until its reviewed. (when a certain % reached = those who ignores/those who accessed)
All danes are not great. Fact.
This new flash in the pan fly by night cunt erik or whatever the fuck he is can stick his spiky helmet up his arse for all i care.
Useless Barca loving whore.

To be fair to Kris, he's usually spot on with his opinion (long before they get their big move) of promising young Danes.
It's just that useless cunt Bendtner that he gets wrong EVERY time.

and it's bendter that has sullied my opinion of kris; rating ability
