Did anyone else notice Carroll drinking a can of red bull during the Villa match? Has no one at the club told him that shit is bad for you? I was just curious about this, it's banned in some countries and it's not exactly known for being healthy.

Concur ... This guy dealt with all of Africa hating him in a 3rd/4th place playoff when in Africa quite ok - So now he's public enemy #1 b/c of Evra. Maybe it can help him stop hitting the posts so much? He wants to play every game ...

Red bull is a fucking ridiculous thing to drink at the start of a 90 min match where you're sitting on the bench to start it. There max be an argument to having it before coming on but i'd not personally think it a good idea.

We'll most certainly have to live with less shots on goals with Carroll upfront compared to when Suarez plays there, but perhaps who knows his conversion rate will better that of Suarez.
Carroll needs to gain some confidence soon mind otherwise it'll be a long wait to get Suarez back.
