I'd just like to see Lucas and Allen in front of the back 4 and Gerrard further forward - if only to stop me wondering why that wouldn't work.

Rodgers has stated preference for the 1 holding, 2 forward midfield triangle (as opposed to the 2 holding, 1 forward) so I doubt that'll happen. I agree with him too.

I don't think Allen would have any trouble moving forward if that was his role.

My issue is that Gerrard rarely does so we've effectively got two sitting. I'm not sure if Gerrard is following orders or just feels he doesn't have the legs for it anymore.

allen and alberto need to be given a chance.
Cissokho is poor, makes you think Robbo would have done better and saved us a million quid.

If Hendo isn't to play in the middle, where do you see him playing? And in 352, I don't think there's a way to incorporate LAR and Coutinho without losing the midfield.
