And this is for Modo :

Lucas was fucking shite, on the Echo he is polling absolute bottom out of that horrendous performance with 2.9/10.

And Lallana ? Here's what the Echo had to say :

Adam Lallana made a difference. He showed a couple of nice touches in the match with Ludogorets but couldn't really make an impact against the Bulgarians.
But tonight he was better. His introduction helped lift Liverpool's performance, he held the ball in advanced areas cleverly, allowing more yellow shirts to get into dangerous areas and combining well with Fabio Borini and Mario Balotelli.

Sterling burst beyond him a number of times and received the ball promptly from the former Southampton man. Lallana looked especially good in central areas, picking the ball up and turning to face the opposition defence.

There was one run where he drove at the heart of the Hammers defence and probably should have taken a shot, he chose to pass to Borini and the move broke down, but it was Lallana's close control and willingness to run with the ball that created the danger.

Lucas was better than Gerrard.
That's the important thing

OF COURSE IT IS! Lucas should be playing to ensure agendas are vindicated. Both shouldn't be on pitch anymore with their current form, and I don't think Lucas will ever return to the level he was reaching before his two injuries. He'll be in Brazil before he's 30 imo.

I've said it three games in a row now - I wish we had of kept Ibe (until at least Christmas) to bring on in games like this.

You're all a bunch of clueless fair weather cunts. All of you.

Except Delinquent.

And maybe some chaps who didn't post at all today.

Everyone else, cunts.

Missed the game today, but Rodgers is mentioning a lack of intensity and it's something I've noticed in other games. Are we less fit?

It's not all down to Suarez not being here, is it?

It's odd, isn't it? Last season at this stage we seemed shagged out after half time. We don't seem like that this time, but only because we don't seem engaged in the first half. As has been said by others, maybe it's planned for building up stamina as the season progresses, but that doesn't work if we play so badly now we bequeath a points deficit to the fitter team that we become when winter arrives. Last season, from about February onwards, we had three players buzzing around every opponent when he had possession. We're so different now it's bizarre.

A lot of questions for Rodgers to address right now:

1. Has he got the balls to drop Gerrard? I'm starting to seriously doubt it.
2. Why the fuck did he not replace Mignolet? Why??? It seems from all accounts that he had his doubts, so why leave it? Loads of us could see he'd never be up to it long term. Really frustrating.
3. Is he remotely capable of organising a defence? His two main centre half signings look like expensive duds, but worse is that they look even worse once they get on the pitch for us.

Why is Steve Clarke being heralded as the answer? It's not as if we had a great defence under Kenny is it?

I remember it being pretty good that season tbh. Weren't Skrtel and Agger being touted for big money moves the following summer?

It was scoring goals that was the problem back then.

Moreno is class. As is Lovren. Sakho has yet to put in even a single fuxking performance to justify his tag. He's average. Manq needs time. Ming is running out of time and fast. The manager is utterly clueless at arranging a defence. I'd love to hear a coherent argument to the contrary.
It may seem fickle to some after last years 'success' but I don't give a shit. Sort the defence out. Embarrassing shite.

I think he would if he thought it'd benefit the 'group'

Valdes imminent when fit?

Jury's out on this one.

This.

Massive fuck up by BR if our defensive problems havent been rectified, which is looking likely with every passing game. Can't believe we spent 20m on lovern and 18m on sakho, best part of 40m on two poor CB. Surely we could have two proper world class CB for that money? Lovern has had one good season snd sakho did well in a poor league.

As for Ming, don't get me started. As for valdes potentially signing, not so sure he's much better.

As for Stevie, it's clear he ain't the player he was in shy position, he shouldn't be automatic starter, certainly not 3 games in 8 days. I don't think he has the ballets drop him really. Should though, might get a good response from stevie. http://www.theguardian.com/lifeands...be-man-v-circle-line-london-underground-video

Borini over Lambert??? Can't workk this one out.

Balo work rate has surprised me, he's been pretty decent despite having very little to work off.

Massive fuck up letting ibe go out on loan. He has the energy and pace to change games.

At the moment finding it very hard to think we'll be in top 4.

I thought Zola made a lot of sense after the match. I can't remember his exact words but his point was that Liverpool clearly work a shit load on how they operate in possession of the ball but maybe don't work nearly as hard on how they are when not in possession.

I guess that makes sense, we don't seem to have any discipline or shape when we lose the ball and don't press particularly well. I'd like us to be a Rodgers team with the ball and a Rafa team without it.

That was undoubtedly true tonight but last season that was one of the main features of our play...when we lost the ball to a man we worked and pressed to win it back. So that pressing style is actually synonymous with Rodgers.

I'm starting to think that we're in trouble. Now it's three poor performances in a row.
Or is it that were missing Sturridge?

West Ham out pressed us. More energy. We were simply flummoxed in the first half.

everything will be fine when Allen and Studge come back but what when one someone is missing. Rodgers has to fukcing make better decisions than that...BR creates this problem himself and he as to solve it. We cant blame the team everytime. I would already start playing Can in Gerrard's role in some games once we recover our form

That's the problem we should have solved this summer. We can't be reliant on or two players...

You are hardly in trouble!

And of course you are missing Sturridge but who you are really missing is Suarez. Any team missing their two main strikers from last season is going to struggle.

Realistically I think you only had an outside chance of the title this season. Chelsea and City are well ahead of the rest of us at the moment. That chance is possibly gone now.

Top 4 was the goal and still is. By the end of the season it will be close between yourself, us and Arsenal. Any of the 3 could finish 3rd and equally any of the 3 could finish 5th.

Our rebuilding is far from over and we will still lose stupid games when we should be winning.

Arsenal aren't without their problems although at this early stage they do look the strongest of the 3.

This cant be true. Modo never gets anything wrong.

Zzzzzzzzz

I didn't see it, but I thought top 4 would be hard this season, but we've been worse than I anticipated. I think we're in trouble for top 4. Early days, but it's not looking good.
