Apparently Inter sold coutinho to buy Kovacevic and wanted to build their team around him. But inter are shit at developing young talent so like coutinho he has kinda stalled.

Supposedly, we have agreed personal terms. I like him. A lot like Coutinho, but 2 Coutinhos could be useful. Hard to mark both out of a game and Philippe tries so many audacious things that some days nothing comes off. On those days another player trying similar things will improve the odds of success.
