Liverpool are closing in on a decision to come to a possible arrangement on whether or whether to not weigh up a potential bid to maybe swoop or - at the very least - consider swooping for Spanish playmaker, Isco.
Incredible first touch, great close control, vision and awareness, has everything in his locker to be a world class no10 but I dont see him ever scoring 25 goals a season so we would still need another striker. Plus it would be odd to sign Lallana and him in the same summer given they both play the same position

Lallana is much more versatile
Besides, we're not gonna play the same formation week in week out
If any of this is true we should be all over this. The kind of quality player you can't ignore. It would mean Coutinho and Lallana spending more time playing wider, but so be it.

I'm not worried about the striker (whether it's Remy or Bony I'm fine with it).
I'm not at all worried about the next 3 with Sterling / Markovic / Coutinho / Lallana / Ibe / Henderson / Can we are well sorted.
However it's that Gerrard / Allen slot that is niggling at me. Stevie won't be seeing as much action this coming season, Allen I'm not sure is good enough to hold down that spot. If we were going to throw that money at Isco I'd rather see it diverted to a powerful DM/CM or even RB (after securing Lovren & Davies).
Or I'd accept Reus which means everything I wrote above goes straight out the window.
I think at 20 yrs old he's one for the future .. and he's very versatile (LB, CM, DM).

You see, that's why it doesn't matter whether we've already got Lallana or whoever... if this kid is available we should try our best to get him.
I said last summer he would've been great for Barca. Neymar probably better for Real. Perhaps they should both swap.

He's marvellous, but we have Coutinho as well in addition to Lallana. Isco is probably more well rounded than Coutinho at this stage, but surely Coutinho is just as talented?
Isco or Reus?
This video is insane BTW. I didn't see much of Madrid this year (actually nothing except CL and the classicos); how the hell did he manage to lose his starting spot playing like that? His skills are comparable to Iniesta and Cristiano, as a type he looks to be somewhere in between.
Reus has been one of my favorite players for some time though. Tough choice.
