and I was pointing out in my dig (which is a fair description) at Rafa that with some players it's sometimes any port in a storm and the three that you raised did not exactly have to fight off masses of interest from other clubs just to be with Rafa

Didi just on Talksport promoting his book just condradicted the view that he had a cold relationship with players. He said he always knew where he stood with him and he kept most things between himself and the players rather than in the media. He also mentioned what a brilliant tactician he was and spoke very warmly of him even when he was told he wouldnt get another contract. Please dont shoot the messenger, these are Didi's stated views.

As far as the comparison with Kenny is concerned - how do we know how Kenny would react in the disfunctional mess LFC was during the previous owners tenure, I am pretty sure he wouldn't be happy if the non football experienced md signed players without discussing it with him
