I think it's two things:
1) Attitude - maybe he the player has not go the same focus of last season.
2) Remember last season where we would always concede first etc. and then come back to win - there were quite a few of those games last season, yes we would win them in the end but eventually it caught up with us. Part of that reason is that maybe his faults were hidden because we were winning and that Slot has pin-pointed the primary reason. The one thing with youngsters is that they WILL make mistakes and these mistakes along the way.
What is clear is that we DO need to sign an eventual VVD replacement for the next gen.

It's a bit weird, I mean he is a CB at LFC. He can probably stand a chance in the finest markets yet he is messgaing randoms on SM and OF. He is either very thick or a deviant. He needs to sort it and plus that challenge last night was just silly, you would never get a top CB like Virgil making it, he needs to step up and focus on his trade. Rather this then the likes of Mendy no? Footballers are the same type of breed when it comes to this. Lads I know of that played professionally, also in England, are using/used their fame for all its worth. Most would until you settle down with a family.
