Andy Carroll In Danger Yo !

Sounds speculative at best:

West Ham United have agreed a £2m loan fee with Liverpool for Andy Carroll.

The season-long deal for the England striker could result in a £17m transfer at the end of the campaign, provided the Hammers stay in the Premier League.

However, it is thought the 23-year-old Carroll does not wish to leave Liverpool on a permanent basis.
The Reds, who paid a club-record fee of £35m for Carroll in January 2011, have already turned down Newcastle United's bid to re-sign the player.

Carroll has struggled since his big-money move to Liverpool, scoring just 11 goals in 56 appearances.
He now appears to be surplus to requirements at Anfield following the arrival of former Swansea boss Brendan Rodgers and Italian striker Fabio Borini from Roma.

Rodgers had said Liverpool would not consider a loan move for Carroll but now appears prepared to allow the player to link up with former Newcastle manager Sam Allardyce at Upton Park.

Carroll had also been linked with a transfer to Italian side AC Milan.

The striker began his career at Newcastle, spending a season on loan at Preston, before returning to the club and becoming top-scorer in the 2009-10 season as the Magpies returned to the Premier League.

Carroll collected a League Cup winner's medal with Liverpool last season, starting in the Wembley final against Cardiff City.

I will say one thing though....

Atleast Allardyce will be up at night fapping when he thinks about the Carrol's style of play, for he is a man who owes his career to Kevin Davies elbowing people, and is still living off that. He even almost became the England manager after his towering achievements at Bolton. So it may not be so bad for Carroll...and may not turn out to be as bad as we fear for us well. But it still looks like a shitty deal.

But knowing Andy Carroll, and knowing our luck, he will probably end up in some alcoholics anonymous after being a regular patron at one of the London pubs and that will be the end of 35million pounds + wages we spent on the lad.

We need to either make use of him, as he seems to want to perform here....or sell him for good.

i cant imagine him destroying his value much more to be honest, he's only young, if he's shit at west ham some spanner would still pay at least 10 mill, im still astounded at the fee we paid for him, and i always will be

Allardyce was interviewed but not offered the job.
Unless one had access to the thoughts if the panel I don't see how one can know how near he was to getting the job.

Alright....i will clarify my statement. Allardyce was a media favorite for landing the England job....happy? I'm sure there is evidence of bookmakers slashing odds for that, somewhere in the internet.

I think Sam will get the best out of him and he will start scoring and get the maybe 15+ goals a season. He will be Sams man on the pitch - and if they stay up and we get in total £19M for him then its not too bad is it ? - lets be honest with ourselves - we really fucked up when we bought him, I mean a few million more and we could of probably got Maradona's son-in-law.

If West Ham have wiggle room to renege on the agreed fee next year then we are idiots. I presume it won't just be an 'option' to sign him. We don't want to get fucked around just like we did with Aqualani and Milan.

"If / then".

There are no 'ifs' about it when it comes to that statement.

Like are we that fucking stupid? This deal stinks IF true and it's actually embarrassing.

It reminds me of the phone companies over here handing out free iphones to people on one year visa's if they sign three year contracts. Everyone is clearly using the iphone for the year and walking away from the deal.

It's almost like working for Liverpool automatically halves your IQ.

It's truly amazing how fucking awful we are
