I don't know if this is all a good thing or not with this Johnson fella. He looked good in the clips I saw him for City scoring goals and from all accounts is quite skillfull, but this description of him being lazy and all is quite scary to me. I really don't know what to think in that case, and do we really need him if we can get Dempsey who we know can play in a wide left position and is intelligent and determined character to make something of that position. Difficult to speculate on this matter.

Adam Johnson made the same mistake several good young British players have made, and did not think before they took the lure of the rouble or dirham.
They find they are in and out of the team and bit part players competing against world class players for the same positions, after being big fish in smaller seas, and being full of promise they are bench warmers at best.
Unless lads like that play week , it is going to affect performance and indeed attitude eventually. This lad when he joined City was pretty shit-hot, I firmly believe if he was a regular in any team in the Prem he would become a top class player, and for that reason - I'm in.
I can't believe Sinclair is going to make the same mistake twice.
Oh and I think the coke rumours are bang out of order, and should be cut out.

I have been saying that bit too regarding the best English players going to these clubs to sit on the bench. Overall it affects the prospects of the National team too, so like you Vlad I think they really need to think if the extra money is worth it or not.
