True dat, but so it is with most of them. Martin Atkinson, whom Mike Riley describes as our best referee, had another shocker yesterday but no bugger in the media's pointed out that it's a regular occurrence with him.

For all the stick Clattenburg gets, I reckon he and Jon Moss are the best two by some distance.

With the fact that Man U garnered only eleven points from a relatively easy run of games, If I was a fan I would be seriously concerned about their prospects of holding on to the top four spot.

That's what I was thinking.

He often just says one or two words without fully explaining himself & then looks all smug or nonchalant & the other presenters seem to fawn regardless.

I haven't been impressed.

I'm fine with Henry. He's not the most insightful, but he isn't far wrong either.

He's not overly dramatic, he doesn't interrupt, he wears a decent suit and he's a cool as fuck.

I found in that clip Henry just interrupted Carra to really long-windedly repeat exactly the point Carra had just made - or was obviously about to make. The presenter even cut him off once to let Carragher continue with his analysis. Stuff like

Henry: Ah with Ibe, he was so impressive. Brilliant attacking the Southampton defence - but, I have to say - the really impressive thing I noticed was he also has a superb defensive work ethic. So, you might expect him to be good at the first, but it is much rarer - actually quite remarkable - that not only was he absolutely excellent on the ball, but he was able to track runners and defend as well. And you would not expect that.

I'm in the Thierry is a bit annoying camp. He seems such a windbag. He takes an age to make what is essentially a fairly simple point. For some reason he comes across as someone who is narcissistic. You can just tell he loves himself. Repeats the same point over and over again. He's just so monotonous. Regurgitating the same lines just in a different way - Know what I mean 😉

Hes got a French accent, thats why hes getting an easier ride than someone else would in that role. I like him, always have, but I'm not sure hes a good choice as an every week pundit yet, for the reason above.
