I think me and @tombrown are holding the balanced strings of fate between these two threads. We are winning on penalties
Just remember @EVERYONE, all this effort will be for nought if we don't let both threads evolve into parallel match threads. There's a limit to what I can do there, as I tend to stay out of match threads, except at half time, as my dodgy box has about a minute delay

You can just blindly post without looking at the replies. It can make you still more accurate than Dreamy

I’m sure one of you top techie people could remotely hack Dreamie’s phone and reset his alarm to 7am tomorrow morning, so that the fucker sleeps in and misses the game.

The line up makes sense. Milner there to kick the shit out of anyone attacking Trent.
Thiago had to make way.
Firmino will keep occupy Madrid's midfield.
We need a big game from Salah and Mané.

Oh fuck off. Gini again? Where is the bloody creativity in that team. It's ridiculous no Thiago and inc. Gini. What for ? Gini is a player for when we retain possession (which isn't going to happen), he's bollocks defensively and bollocks creatively. Klopp hoping he has another Barca in him.

It's a safety first team - and that's it. When we need to go for the throat we get that.

Thiago and Jota to come of the bench against tired legs. Lets hope we are still in it at that point.

Exactly - the first part of winning 2-0 is the 0; that midfield will help with that side of it

Subs on in second half to turn the screw will win us the game

Seems to me the full backs will be asked to push right up and supply the front three and the midfield will be covering for the full backs and central defenders. If that doesn't work then at least we have decent options from the bench if required. We have to guard against the counter attack and hope we get a bit of luck or a refereeing decision for a change.

Not optimistic without Jota and Thiago playing, but at least Mane will be fresh. Content to see Milner playing.

Maybe the idea is to bring on Jota and Thiago to turn the screw later on?

Apparently a window broken ...

But that video of the "bus being attacked" is just a bunch of lads booing
