We are being overmatched in terms of physicality which is the obvious issue to handle with Newcastle. Konate would have helped a lot.

We've had several not very good performances and got away with it. I don't think that will be the case if we keep this up.
 
Macca and Gravy have lost the ball more times that I can remember and are now on yellows. Some of this must be fatigue.

Bring TAA 2nd half and consider bringing on Szobo + Diaz too.

We'll win the 2nd half, not sure it's going to be enough to win the game outright though
 
Think we lose this game. Just look off in every aspect of the pitch.
If we get something from this I’ll be very surprised.

Gakpo has offered nothing in attack,
Quansah being mugged off the ball to often

Sub on Szobo for Grav,
Diaz for Gakpo,
TAA for Quansah
 
All other games are going against us today as well at the moment. Chris Wood inexplicably did a Nunez and missed a 1v1 at 1-0. Some stupid cunt at Southampton got himself sent off for pulling on Cucurella's hair. Even Everton are winning

Three fucking times in this thread I mentioned that playing those two was asking to lose one/both for Everton. And there it is. That was stupid Slot.

Macca has been skipped past a few times. I'd prefer we do Szobo for Macca, move Jones back where he can battle.
 
Huge second half coming up. Newcastle look so up for it and we look tired and all over the shop at the back. Shades of Klopp two seasons ago. Insane we didn’t rotate after the run of games and results we had.

Very surprised Quansah wasn’t at CB and Gomez at RB.

Time for Endo, Trent, Diaz and the Harvey for the last 20.

Turns this around and we’ll be unstoppable.

Doesn’t look likely at all though atm.
 
Quansah doesn't look comfortable at all at RB. It woulda made more sense (on paper) to swap him and Gomez around but clearly Slot doesn't rate him.

TAA asap please.
 
At the Back : Quansah is having a nightmare to match Gomez's. Move Quansah to RCB, Gomez to LB and bring Trent on.

Midfield : two on Yellows. Szobo for Jones. Macca and Gravy will have to hope they don't pick up a double.

Attack : Diaz for Gakpo who's been greedy and done little. Chiesa for Salah .... oh.

Elliott needs to come on soon too, we are lacking energy everywhere.
 
We are missing Konate aren't we? Slot has probably found a solution, we have come from behind before we need to believe we can do it
