Nicely said and put.Arne Slot on Wataru Endo: “I really liked him against West Ham and what I respect about him is his personality.”“Two times he had to come in with only five minutes to go, and in my managerial career I sometimes see players who come in five minutes before have a [downturned] face and play like that [too].”“But every time when we needed him, even if it was for five minutes, he shows up for the team and for himself.”“So, I think also for that reason, he deserves to play tomorrow.”
It might ACTUALLY BE BETTER for Grav (and other players) to be more rarely but more thoroughly rested. But that depends on other things AND IT IS PLAYER SPECIFIC. Some players simply cannot play a lot of minutes (in a week or a month) and for different reasons. For other players that can play a lot and are not bothered with some physical issues it might ACTUALLY BE MUCH BETTER to get rests that are MORE RARE but MORE SIGNIFICANT. But that also THEN depends on other things SUCH AS DIET and RECOVERY PROCESSES.
