I'm in around Albert Dock with not a lot to do until a flight at 8 this evening. No desire to drink or travel too far.

If you want a lively atmosphere then Einsteins Bier Haus on concert square is a really decent venue to watch it and will be busy with footie fans.

The Old Bank is more chill but it's nice enough and near the docks with loads of screens.
