Pre Match Pre Match - West Ham (A) - Sun 17:15

We've got too much for anyone at the minute. They were strolling round most of last night. Loads more possession at the back. Makes me feel better for the rest of the season. I bet there's some stats about amount of sprints and it's lower than last season by a bit.

Maybe not but that's how it looks. If we need to step it up it looks like we can.

Had a "disagreement" with the father in law about our game against Chelsea. I said we didn't get out of 3rd gear and he disagreed and we were lucky to win. At the moment we're efficient at doing enough to get a result without going full pelt. Saw it against spurs. At 5-1 we dropped to 2nd gear, conceded 2, went "fine" and shifted back to 3rd to get the 6th.

We seemingly aren't about statement scorelines this year, Rather we're getting statement results

I read he didn’t play because his dad had a heart attack so wonder if that will still be a priority

No. 10th on form table for last 6.

We can all cherry pick a time frame. West ham aren't good, and if we don't win then it's a failing on our part, rather than them being good
Yet you’ve picked 6? Four is reasonable for yo show form going into an upcoming game. Of course we should win but they are in much better form that then were before those four games getting bummed in back to back games.

Slot dismissed that in a post match interview with Norwegian telly. Said he wasnt 100% after the Spurs game and was on the bench but could play 20-30 mins if needed. We didnt and he’ll be ready to go tomorrow.

But that's my point. Anyone can cherry pick data, so worrying about form when we should eviscerate them is redundant.

If we don't beat West ham it's entirely on us, regardless of their form

But we'll play the form game. Their last 5 matches here (feel free to ignore the 5rh if you want to focus on 4)

Jeepers. I'm quaking in my boots.

They're fucking shite. Just less shite than others.

They’ve got two deadly attackers, and we continue to be Second Half FC. I think we’ll be fine but we can’t be complacent against Kudus & Bowen.

I’m buzzing for this now. Get a win to put more pressure on Chelsea and Arsenal.

Likewise. I think the first 15 will be a tough test. We need to control the game and tempo as we saw against a crap Leicester that a messy game can present chances with just one good quick attacker countering.

We can leave a lot out there knowing we have a full week of rest before United come to visit and some heavy rotation for the two games afterwards.

Dreamie be doubling down on Dreamie being wrong again.

Complacency is the only thing that should cost us, and that's my point.

Bowen and kudus are good but we should have more than enough to deal with them. Cut off their supply lines and smother the midfield. High pressure, stick the knife in early

If we do not win. It's on us. Not them being good enough.
