On a serious note though, I thought Milner did his best Gerrard impression tonight. He was everywhere; that inch-perfect tackle from behind had me jump off my feet. Great shot that cannoned off the post for Salah's goal and a delightful assist for Firmino. One of his best games in the Liverpool shirt IMO.

He was brilliant. He doesn't have it every match but he had it today

He committed to every single tackle, even ones he knew he wasn't winning. He was excellent.
 
Some great performances all over the pitch, front three aside; Robertson was brilliant, Milner ace and Wijnaldum was just fucking everywhere. VvD in defence too.
 
Valentine's Day, darlings. so I haven't yet seen all but the last 30 mins, but it looked very impressive. Wonderful for Mane to break through whatever psychological barrier he was experiencing. Wini really works his socks off; he'll never be fully appreciated but when he's got the right mix around him he's a delight. I'm not sure there's been more of a 'slow burn' sensation as Firmino ever. He's an amazing player. VVD looks good - gives the ball away too often when he does venture forward but he's a smart guy and he'll work it out.
 
I have to say, I didn’t see that coming. Was that a faultless performance? I think it might have been.
 
Everytime I think they are going to fuck up they just prove Moron wrong !!!! WOW indeed @localny

I thought since Klopp took over - that that was the perfect game - we did not give an inch to them and we scored 5. All by our fab 3. To man they were all brilliant tonight. Am worried now that the long break will make the next encounter against West Ham difficult but then again West Ham are on a break too.
