Deserves his own thread I think.

By his own high standards, he's not been that great at the end of last season.

However, he is now part of an unbeaten league defence.

Was outstanding today. Strong as a rock and a great outlet.

Let's hope he continues his fine run. When Wisdom came on (and I rate him) you realised how valuable Johnson is as an outlet - in Brendan's formation, the full backs have to be comfortable with possession and be used as a means to start attacks or alleviate pressure. Wisdom, for all his strengths still looked a bit shaky with the ball at his feet.

A great ovation as well when he left.

I don't think he had an outstanding game. He was alright but didn't offer a lot going forward and was caught out of position quite a few times (pretty much like everyone else). I thought Wisdom was fine and looked solid when he came on.

He was very reserved and disciplined. Didn't attack as much as I would have liked him to, but that due to our midfield and attack not being able to hold the ball for most of the game.
I actually thought he did really well.

Wisdom was good, but you feel as though he is slightly apprehensive whenever he gets the ball in tight spaces and unsure of himself, contrast to Magic, who is elegance personified. Hopefully with time Wisdom will improve in this area of the game.

Made one mistake defensively (allowing Evra to head across goal on their early free kick that Van Persie's bicycle kick sailed over) early on, but besides that - very solid.
