I wouldn't be at all surprised to see matip back for the league Cup, cos he's in better form. Klopp doesn't mid rotating CB's, we've seen that in the past, & if it gets gomez back to form & keeps matip fresh then if we do get an injury at CB we'll all be very fucking grateful.
