It should be the second half though. It's delaying things. May not seem like much, but getting public transport can be a PITA after a late kick off & that five minutes or so, on top of added time, could be a problem for some people getting home.

It's just needless. I fucking hate VAR already. It's just not good enough at all & can ruin the flow of the game.
