I don't recall ever seeing Walcott on the left. If Rodgers wants all three front players to be capable of playing in all three positions, I'm not convinced Walcott's the man for that. I also think rurikbird overpraises his finishing, which is patchy, and it bothers me that Wenger has never given Walcott a long run of games through the middle.
TBH he's had better options though ... RvP and now Adebayor.
Three from Suarez, Walcott, Borini, Assaidi, Sterling is a front line to make defenders shit themselves all day long. Great pace, something we've really missed. Wouldn't that be the fastest front line in the PL ?
