He must surely be feeling the pressure. If Roman does decide to pull trigger who could replace him? Pepe or Simeone are names that spring t mind but both are unavailable.

And hilariously, next week he starts touring all the tv and radio shows to plug his new book, and he won't be able to wriggle out of most of those engagements, even though I bet he'd love to do so. When it was all planned he was probably anticipating a nice bit of ego-stroking, grinning away as people queued up to say what a genius he is. Now he'll have to endure endless 'wha-happen?' questions. Karma is a great thing.

Unfortunately, I'm sure the interviews are all with sycophantic journo's the likes of which you get on the Sunday Supplement, who will inevitably wax lyrical about his past performances after bowling softballs in relation to the current season.

What on earth has happened there?

How can you go from meanest defence in the league to this shower of shite so quickly?!

I propose a job swap, they take Brodgers and we take Mourinho.

Roman isn't stupid! Why would he take Rogers?

So we swap a bullshitting useless bastard, for a nasty useless bastard?

I think he has gone soft and favours his old faves which did the biz previously - Terry, Ivan especially.
When they don't and the defence struggle he keeps moving the other pieces (Matic e.g) instead of replacing the core problems.

All lovely of course.

Mourinho blaming the refs.

"Refs are afraid to give decisions for Chelsea"
Makes a fool of himself by throwing Costa into his argument.

Ha ha, lordy, now he's actually telling the club that if they sack him they're sacking 'the best manager the club could have'! He's going full Peter Finch in Network mad.
