good stuff ...i'd have been a little upset if we'd lost him , personally i think he can force his way back into the team and play a major role . And anyway , it's all good releasing players but we need a decent squad and bench ...now we'll have a bench with names likes Skrtel , Meireles , adam , henderson , Kuyt , carroll , spearing , Bellamy(maybe) etc etc ....not too bad at all and amazing compared to seasons gone .
