I just didnt think Carroll was enough of a nuisance in the game, he had a little bit at the end and the header he hit the bar with but he needs to batter defenders and kick them and push them off the ball etc, he just doesnt seem to do that for me.
He stands still waaay to often and really really needs to get on his toes looking for the space and thinking a few steps ahead.

Tbf to Carroll I think he played well against B'burn too, but it's just so exhausting willing him to do well game after game. But this his time, if he can't find himself in this team with Gerrard back and Suarez out, he never will.
