Chelsea are 1 point above the relegation zone

Ha ha. Can people remember that classic moment on MOTD when Ranieri spoke excitedly in Italian for about two minutes, and then Staker, sweating profusely, merely said, 'Um, er, he said 'It was a game of two halves'"? It was the moment the club realised the buffoon had no idea at all what the boss was saying. I wish it was on YouTube.

Ha, I found this post. I loved that moment on MOTD. Gary the translating spoofer.

Also, everyone should check out Ryan's vicious attack on Chelsea on page 2 of that thread. It's a lol.

Here is a graphical representation of my feelings towards the current state of Chelsea FC and all those associated with it:

On the plus side we'll get to hear all their players going on about what a weird cunt he's been all season.

not sure what to think, or how I feel about this. It seems totally mad that a manager who is the current league title holder is sacked halfway through the season. I'd be unhappy if I was. A Chelsea fan

On the plus side, I fucking hate him and Chelsea, so this is amusing, and a lovely way to deflate that monstrous, bullying egomaniac. On the other, if he'd stayed they might have got even worse.

But they might not. He's a great manager, so there's no saying how things might have improved. But it does seem as if they have real problems and issues within that squad, so perhaps a new manager can have a short-term psychological boost.

I can't see how they will get a better manager though, whatever their immediate plans are. It could be an attempt to secure Guardiola, but he's hard to read.

It would be funny if Rodgers went in, but Juande Ramos is also tipped.

Whatever, it does certainly add a lot of credence to all those who said Mourinho was a short-term manager, and his style, tactics, personality and motivational style has a certain shelf-life

Hopefully it's not Mourinho's fault at all and they really are as bad as he says they are and they get fucking relegated back to the fucking obscurity from whence they came.

Fucking cunts all of em to a man...

40 M pay off as well.... Glorious....

I can see the point that maybe if Maureen had been allowed to stick around even longer then perhaps the nose dive would be irretrievable but that said they have shown themselves to be a strange old mix of players, some past it especially in defense, and others not at all arsed to play for them such as Fabregas and Hazard...

Apart from Willian and maybe the goalies that whole team has been shat all season.

If we are lucky they still might get dragged into it down there... Fingers crossed...

Chelsea couldn't park the bus at all this season. The midfield and defence has gone all pedestrian-like from the start.

They've still got top players and will bounce back.top 4 is out of the question though, and at best 6 or 7th come end of season.

The title is certainly out of the question but I'm not so sure about top 4, not in a season when almost every team's form is such a complete lottery.
