i'm surprised Brendan hasn't toyed with this formation unlike last year.

Its a formation that requires very specialised fullbacks and a DM to work correctly, we wouldnt be able to pull it off

I think we have the right personnel to pull it off (after Sakho gets back). The problem is, you're leaving out both Coutinho and Lallana (or Allen and Lallana) in favor or a 3rd defender and either one of Borini or Lambert. Sterling would have to shoulder even more responsibility as the only creative force.
