Herrera or Mata will start ahead of Fellani in the AM/10 spot and Shaw ahead of Blind i'd say.
City came from a standing start and - it's widely accepted - have spent a lot of it poorly. You guys have added £300m to a squad who had just won the league. It actually beggars belief as most of your purchases would seem to have made sense.
Some of that will be down to inflation, of course. But I genuinely don't know what the rest is down to as I don't see you guys challenging this season, even after splashing all that cash. As you say, securing 4th is probably your aim.

It was more that they wouldnt sell another of the first team players in general. I think he mentioned Utd because of the reported interest in Muller.

Yes, it is. I'd love it to be "pigfucker" but I've never known the "steiger" bit mean "fucker" in nearly half a century (cue Holle telling us all different 😉 ).
