I would have made sure they were locked away first. Plus, I would have a rolled up newspaper to smack them on the nose with. That would stop them.

I am also finding weird comfort from the fact that this atmosphere and stadium isn't new for Mo. He won't be daunted because he knows what to expect, he knows the pitch, the areas of fans with more noise/anger etc. etc.

Yeah the only thing that's making me a little nervous is the fact that Roma haven't allowed a single goal at home in the champions league all season. They're obviously a good team and the result last week was anomalous. But then again, we scored more goals against them than they've had scored against them in a single game all season too.

I'm just hoping that we can score an early goal and take the fucking wind right out of their sails. Then I'll be able to enjoy the game as I watch them desperately try to claw it back and leave themselves wide open.

Yeah, I'm not getting into all that jinxy bollocks but we're perfectly capable of fucking this up.
We conceded early against City but came back, so I'm not to concerned about that scenario.

But, this will be tough as fuck and it standard Liverpool fashion this will have to be done the hard way...

They've also lost at home about six times in the league. Plus we don't need to score. We just need to stop them scoring three.
 
I hope we have an incident-free boring nil nil that has the media crying into their lattes that it was so dull and they have nothing to base their histrionics on.
 
I dreamt it was nil nil til half time, then Mane scored a header shortly after the break. I was then awoken by a screaming baby.

They've conceded 18 in 17 games in the league though. They are far from immaculate.

Took my camera to see about getting the sensor cleaned. It's covered in damp. Bad news apparently.

Got back to work to cycle home, some cunt had stolen my rear wheel.

Some kind of Liverpool collapse better not be the 3rd incident in my shit day.
 
Somehow, whilst looking for match previews, I found the FIFA 18 version of this match .. no need to watch it now, I know we win 2-3 (Mane, Salah and Ings whilst Lovren gives away a penalty when it doesn't matter).

I dreamt that we were leading 1-0 against Chelsea on Sunday. I then came on in the 90th minute and scored the second, so I wouldnt bet all my life savings on this being the outcome.....
