Just watching City game - Adebayor is really in top form and he makes them a much better side
he has a chip the size of togo on his shoulder ... that run he had past 4 gooners that set up swp with an empty net was just world class ...

Did you notice that Ade hugged everyone in the Arsenal team at the start of the game except Bentdner.
They fucking hate each other.

That was truly an amazing run. If they can keep him playing like this top 6 is theirs, & top 4 may not be too ambitious either. He's playing that well.

If they carry on playing like this, it'll be top 4.

Yup. Most teams in the premiership cannot handle the pace and quality of their attack. They have a good defense also. They have conceded only 2 goals in the PL this season. Hopefully their performance will dip when Adebayor goes for the African Nations Cup.

Bellamy has done really well for them, so they've not missed those two as much as they might have.

Yeah, I'm impressed with how well he's fitted in, & that there's been no sulking about so many attackers coming in. He didnt show that side with us that much, if at all, but the popular media would have you believe he's a stroppy little mare.

Bellamys run to halt Clichy and then run the lenght of the pitch to set up SWP was excellent.

They were talking about Adebayor stamping & he was saying how disgraceful it was, & said "We all know how it is, in the heat of the0 moment, we've all scored goals.." Then Lineker interrupts & says "& stamped on peoples heads".
I saw that Jon and immediately thought it was a dig at Shearer but but then watched it again and it felt as if it was more about Adebayor. Doubt he'd drag Shearer into it like that.

Funny either way.

I dunno mate, I've just watched it again & Shearer even says "aye aye" & half laughs looking at him. I'm positive that's what it was, otherwise it doesnt explain Lineker laughing as he says it.

Yeah I thought it was obviously a dig at first then didnt think he'd bother. Haha. Shearer was an agro cunt in his day too.

The worrying thing is Robinho and Tevez weren't playing
And Santa Cruz.

They've started brilliantly, but there are a few signs there that show they'll lose a few along the way too. I'm not convinced that they've done great business in replacing Dunne with Lescott. Lescott's not a great centre-back, as he showed in Spain with England a year or two back, and his naivety in defending shown through again on Saturday. There was no need to dive into Van Persie for Arsenal's first goal. Better defenders don't do things like that.
