[article]We may as well not bother with a subs bench in future as if you don't use them in that kind of game you never will! Bar the United game and sporting first leg we've been poor for awhile now which is a worry[/article]
[article]95th fucking minute. 0-0. we get a throw in with about 30 seconds left. What does jack grealish do? He goes and picks a random fight with nathanial clyne. absolutely unbelievable. Maybe the least intelligent player i've ever seen at this club[/article]
[article]The trouble is that I have very little confidence that they will be the last points we drop.[/article]
[article]Limp[/article]
[article]how do i unwatch something[/article]
[article]No lack of effort, but a serious and concerning lack of quality.

Bernardo and Laporte missing 2 sitters each is absolutely pathetic.[/article]
[article]Fucking gutted.
Bottlers comes to mind.
Let’s be honest, Liverpool would have won that 0-2 or 0-3. Thats the difference[/article]
[article]Buy a decent striker instead of paying £10000000 on a player we didn’t need.[/article]
[article]Media black out.
It’ll just be a complete jizz fest for the scousers.[/article]
[article]Shat the bed. This stubborn refusing to make substitutions is what costs us. Fucks the morale of everyone involved.[/article]
[article]Grealish is both shite and a waste of £100 million. A 21st century Steve Daley. All those telling me he will come good, since August, it's now March, SEVEN months later and bang average. Taking the position of Phil, who had 2 touches in the first 20 minutes. Phil has been most effective out left but we have to shoehorn Grealish in to justify his transfer.

Win the league this year I'll hold my hands up to Pep but the lineups are bobbins.

And don't get me started on naming 2 keepers on the bench, whining about wanting 5 subs, and not even using any when it was evident the system wasn't working after 5 minutes![/article]
[article]We are gonna blow it.

Failed to beat Spurs, Saints and Palace this season on 2 attempts.[/article]
[article]Disgusting. No one seemed to give a shit outside KDB. Wastes of space. Bottled a huge lead at the top. Also fuck Pep for crying about 5 subs and not making a single one.[/article]
[article]Smutty spitting Carragher[/article]

Whilst most of it is mental shit (I actually thought Citeh were nailed on to score in the last 15 of the first half) one of them has called it right:

"If Arsenal weren't in such good form and Liverpool not in a downturn of their form I'd have agreed. As it is though, anyone who's been paying attention to both teams these past few weeks, will probably tell you don't count on Liverpool steam rolling them."

They are right we haven'a prayer against Martinelli, Lacazette and Saka

[article]we can talk all we want how much Liverpool will still drop points, but what about us? they keep winning now 10+ games in a row, we lost to Spurs and messed up big time today too.

they wont drop points vs Arse, thats for sure, not after this extra motivation we handed them.

We still have WHU away, Wolves away which can be similar as tonights game.

utter disgrace our finishing today. new guy Diaz, Salah, Jota would scored each 2 goals from the chances we had today alone.[/article]
[article]Not our year boys let's move on.[/article]
[article]Not quite sure how we’ve lost the lead we had built up considering we’re usually great under pressure. Unusually concerning.

The game against the dippers is massive and I’m already dreading it.[/article]
[article]
how many points to win the league because it won't be us
[/article]
[article]
We have Wolves away. That’s horrible. I think we’re gonna bottle it.
[/article]

I hope we sign him one day. Pure class on the pitch, and obviously thinks about us every single moment.

Has probably memorised the lyrics to Fields of Anfield Road by now, along as the names of our catering staff. He'll fit in in no time.

[article]We need to give them a kicking on and off the pitch, revenge still needs to be served for the bus attack, the most horrible sub human scum and we must do anything to win this match. The other outcome is unthinkable
[/article]
[article]That said, this "Liverpool will drop points" line misses the point somewhat. The question is, will they drop more points than we will, and on current firm, you'd have to say no they won't.

I also think that Pep is a brilliant manager over the course of the season where rotating and managing suspensions, injuries and fixture congestion is key. But in a one-off, must-win game? I think he's poor tbh. We've seen it countless times, not least the shit show which was the CL final. Needless pissing about with team selection and formation, stubborn refusal to change when things are obviously not working and unpreparedness to bring on subs. He demonstrates all of these failings often, and especially when it's a crucial game.

That being the case I am resigned us to losing to Liverpool at home, I'm afraid. Of course we could win that game, it's just that on balance of probability, I don't think we will.
[/article]
[article]
This liverpool team certainly don't look like a team that will bottle it, us on ther other hand atm look very unreliable.
[/article]
[article]Liverpool are stronger and more experienced than in 18/19 whilst City have since lost Silva, Aguero, and Kompany who all contributed in that momentous run-in.

It doesn't mean we still can't win the PL, but we need to be realistic.
[/article]
[article]Should I hope for the FA Cup or the UCL...?
[/article]
[article]Sorry but I think it's gone. Only way I can see them slipping up if if they get big games in other comps and get caught in fixture congestion. But I can see us slipping up against another side that parks the bus - however bad they are.
[/article]
[article]
They always play like a shit but they are so lucky. That's unbelievable. I'm tired of this. I hate competing with them, that's sucks.
[/article]
[article]
Pep and the players need to call a crisis meeting, we simply have to address this slump and get back to winning ways. The thought of those mudering bastards winning the league again makes me physically sick and is not good for my mental health
[/article]
[article]We'll be so focused on the Dipper game that we'll lose to Burnley.
[/article]
[article]They are still getting decisions to this day based on their "history". They both got investment decades ago giving them a tremendous head start. Then FFP was brought in to hold back Chelsea and City. It's interesting that this has been forgotten by the media and supporters of other clubs. Instead we are accused of cheating FFP. I have seen a lot of critics berating City for the Crystal Palace game but we wouldn't be hearing that if City had a little more luck in that game. Same with the luck and decisions Liverpool have had. Games against City, Villa, Crystal Palace , West Ham and Burnley turned on luck and decisions. Their January run was very easy during Afcon and when they looked in trouble against Crystal Palace, two dodgy decisions bailed them out again. Same with their cup runs, against Leicester, Chelsea, Cardiff more dodgy decisions, giving them momentum and belief. The "dream" would already be over otherwise and the media wouldn't be writing drivel to appeal to the masses.

Jonathan Liew in the Guardian did a piece about fans of big clubs (prompted by PSG booing their own team the other night) and said this about City fans:

‘Manchester City where the fanbase seems to be on a permanent war footing, fixated on slights and enemies.’

Nothing we don’t already know, obviously, but nice to see our views confirmed by someone independent.

About us, he said “an unconditional love for the team masks an underlying suspicion of the club’s ownership”, which also seems fair.

Jonathan Liew is always worth a read…

Noooooo!!!!

WE’RE PIGMOL BIN DIPPING MURDERERING BUS ATTACKING SPITTY CARRAGHER CHAMPIONS LEAGUE THEME PLAYING BINGO TEETHED SCUM!!!!

How dare we challenge them!!!!

Man City are breathing fairness and integrity into football!!

They’re just 80’s Everton.

Pretty soon they’ll stop be decent and go back to bring mediocre.

Their fans biggest problem, ironically, is that after years of winning absolutely fuck all… they fear not winning.

As Yoda said… where does fear lead to?

Suffering.

Good… they deserve it.
