Yeah, I was wondering if any of the free streams had been hit.

I reckon, for all their bluster, that they'll hit the majority of people using free streams first, cos finding free streams & hitting them is way easier.

They may target premium ones at some point, but the huge quantities of low hanging fruit being hurt is my best guess for how they'll approach it.

Perhaps. However I think the existing premium ones will just go completely closed shop (mine has always been one of the hardest to get into & still isn't that difficult once you know someone who is a member) & cheaper versions will pop up that accept loads of registrations all at once then close up shop fairly quickly.

When torrent sites started getting targeted that's pretty much what happened there, same with nzb indexers too, seems to the standard response.
