It was very confusing the way the grass lines on the pitch were done. They were crooked which made him look to be inside when he actually wasn't.

That phrase is normally reserved for things that are morally questionable, bad behavior, uncivilized or unacceptable.

He looked like the best player on the pitch and when he has the ball the whole place just buzzed. He always seems to make the right decision too. I was sitting right in front of where he was playing and it was a real treat after watching Kelly in the first half.
