well, 24 appearances to go (i think...), and on that evidence, things look promising. still, galling they'll be signing a top class player for peanuts.

incidentally, that's an absolute abortion of a milan strip there. somehow managed to completely ruin a design classic.

I like Aquilani and think that he is a very good player but he never took Liverpool to heart and his mentality is weak. He didn't have a stomach for a fight. Prima donna at best.

So fuck him really. He's been pandering for a move back to Serie A ever since he arrived. His agent kept telling anyone who would listen how juve were still in for him, then Fiorentina, Napoli and Milan.

Eh? Don't get stroppy now. All it is is that you speak very highly of a player who never wanted to be here and, with the help of his agent, has fucked the club over at every turn. Didn't want to be here but was happy to take the wages without giving his all. Constantly cried sick and his greed has made it nigh impossible for the club to move him on other than loan. I'll be surprised if we recoup any of the transfer fee we laid out for him.
