That result on Sunday...

I ain't felt this bad since 1989..

I go to bed at night thinking about all the possible Scenario's we can be put through to win the title.

It got worse last night when I Figured out Chelsea could be top at the weekend with us being 3rd before we play.. I can see them thrashing Norwich to hamper our advantage in GD

I can see us Drawing against Palace... and Everton beating City pushing them to outsiders in the race for the title..

Big Word that is always used in title run ins..

Momentum... I think Chelsea now have it... 84 points will win it.

Its going to go down to the last day.. and who scores the most I wrekon..

Don't be daft - There will be a few more twists and turns yet. Keep the faith fella. Palace are safe and Liverpool will be raging after Sunday. I'm confident of a win.

On Paper Chelsea have two easy fixtures with Norwich and Cardiff..

Although we do have Newcastle at home..

On paper Sunderland was an easy fixture for both Man City and Chelsea. There's lots that could happen betwixt now and the end. Pretty much the only fixtures I'm comfortable predicting are the Chelsea Norwich game and our game against Newcastle.

We need goals and goals galore to win it outright plus some divine intervention.

It would be a travesty of justice for the Chavs to win the league. they're undeserving.

I feel like an almost deflated balloon that has been found two weeks after the party took place, still retains a small amount of air and is trying to put a brave face on to everyone around them.

A bit like this.....

Baines and Jagielka fit to face City.

Everton are our best hope now.
We need United and Spurs to win Saturday so that Everton need a win.

Everton have got a boss home record and haven't been beaten by Citeh at Goodison for aeons.

Before the Chelsea game I thought we could afford to lose it. Not so confident now... but still... I expected Citeh to drop points before. I mean they win 2 out of 3 games on average and Everton are strong.

Oh brain, make it stop

I'm with the optimists. I actually thought we were more likely to drop points against Palace than Chelsea. I think we would have been more nervous at Selhurst Park if we had got a result against Chelsea, perversely.

At least now we know we have to win. There are no permutations where we are 'allowed' a draw.

Fuck it, play with freedom and hope. I expect Palace to catch a tantrum from this side now. 0 -4.

Let's also not forget that City will now be champions elect and *all* they have to is win the remainder of their games.

They have just inherited that pressure from us.

Oh brain, make it stop

I can so. relate to that..

I can't think about anything else..

Missus last night couldn't get any sense out of me..

I even missed the opportunity for a quickie, such is my Daydreaming and feeling somewhat deflated at the moment...

This.
And Martinez reckons Distin is 50/50.

I think Everton will drop points at City. Palace lost their first game in ages on monday and that will take the momentum out of their team. They'll be ready for the summer break now and are safe.
We'll win the next two games that I'm pretty sure of. Hopefully Everton will get a result.

I know what you mean RN when ive'd woke during the night my brain instantly thinks about Sundays result.

It's like when you see those twits interviewed on the news after suffering some freak accident that chopped a leg off: 'Yeah, I was so lucky, it could have been both legs'. No, mate, you were UNLUCKY losing one leg! Having two legs is par for the course, it's not luck unless you deliberately try to do something like dancing the lambada through a saw mill! Same for football. We didn't deserve that atrocious result on Sunday so no amount of 'it could've been worse' or 'it might be better soon' is going to help. It's bloody unbearable!
