I think if they are offerring £13M we should take it coz thats more than he is worth, and if you think about it - Rogers will not play him so there is very little chance his value will increase. To not get anything for him or £7M next season (which is probably his worth) - amounts to emotional spitefullness on our part, and in the end we are the losers in all of this, so I think we should minimize our losses. That said - if this brinkmanship will result in us getting at least £15-16M then it maybe worth it.
