It will be interesting to see, IF he goes back, how the fans will take to him? Remember that reception he got when he returned there?
newcastleall fans are fickle, don't think they will remember anything once he start banging in the goals.
Sadly it will be a lose-lose situation for us.
Yep. He'll bang them in again for them, esp against us, & we'll almost certainly find it hard to score again this season.
The media will have a fucking field day.
They will soon forget that. One goal and he'll be God again.
I wouldn't be all that bothered if we kept hold of him. I still think he can do a job away to teams who park the bus. Especially now that we have Assaidi and Sterling coming through. My reason for mentioning them is because Das Bost (a big gangly striker) scored a lot of goals for Hereenveen last year with Assaidi and Narsingh on the wings. I know he had lots of chances from crosses coming from Downing that he missed but with two pacy wingers pinging in crosses from both flanks, and an eagerness to prove himself, we just might reap the benefits when things aren't going our way.
Yeah Arsenal are a fucking shining example of how to handle big transfers. Selling your best players near the end of the window two seasons running without having suitable replacements lined up. Every gooner is giving out shite at the moment about how they're conducting their business. Especially over Walcott.
.......and I still believe with a bit of nurturing he could do well for us. Forget the transfer fee. All the top clubs around europe have nearly 100 million on the bench at any one time.
peterYou don't half talk a lot of shite, moron.
