Their attack is so poor, Sanchez's entire game just seems to be to attempt chipped balls in behind, Lukaku gives me Kewell flash backs with some of the slowest step overs in football, and Pogba just looks like a slightly more athletic and slightly less composed Emre Can. I fully expect us to drop points by some injustice or tactical frustration as we always do, but make no mistake, we are much much better than this United team.

They are definitely better defensively but...they are at home. Jose has gotten away with park the bus tactics with other teams but I doubt he will want to create more ill-will by parking the bus against Man Utd's most hated rival. The stadium will demand blood and this could play into our hands as our lads will punish any mistakes their relatively average defence makes. I think what Mourino will do is try to shut the front three down or cut off the supply line in midfield. Spurs and City both did that to us and it hurt us badly...thats the only worry, our midfield is going to have to step up and stand tall. Other than that weakness we should smash them! I have a feeling Salah is going to have a good day against that defence.

We scored 6 goals in those two games, I wouldn't say it hurt us that badly. Obvious it was better earlier in the season when we played them, but we've come a long way since then.

Tiredness killed Palace tonight. They played a really good game in the first half running like nutters and then it looked to me that they couldn't keep up the tempo and cover defensively as they had that was the cue for United's better technical players took over. But it was interesting to see how United crumbled when they were dressed like that. Pogba had a really average game and Sanchez wasn't much better.
Goes to show how good our fitness levels are...the only team this season I have seen match us for fitness was Spurs and to lesser extent City. Against those two teams, I think Klopp realised that and tweaked his tactics more so than any other I have seen. We still attacked those team Klopp style but we conceded a massive amount of possession, I know it wasn't all about fitness but I think some respect was paid to Spurs and City with regard to the quality of press we all seem to employ at times.
With that being said, it will hopefully be an interesting battle on Sunday. We can go all in for a win whilst United will have the Sevilla match at the back of their minds. they won't be wanting injuries to key players especially.
