I did get what you meant and of course we'd be stronger. But the fact of the matter is, he wouldn't have been playing.
However, if Agger was in the starting line up we might have 7 more points.
Scratch that, he would have been injured.

Well, we're both speculating, but it seems to me that my speculation is more realistic (assuming both could play from the begining of the season).

And of course Suarez would only have been back for the last 3 league games, but judging by Agger's injury history, who guarantees he'd be available for more than that?

I'm well aware he would have only played one game this season for us so he wouldn't have made a blind bit of difference to how our season has gone.

But if we didn't sell him we wouldn't have been able to sign all the players that have worsened the team all round.

Imagine how bad we'd be if Rodgers hadn't bought the Premiership proven Lallana, Lambert, Lovren , Balotelli ? Them not needing to settle has been our saviour.

Wanquillo and Moren-....oh - can't defend for toffee. It's no wonder our defence looks shit, we play with two defenders every game.

Rodgers has had lots of money. This is his team. And it's shite. And as he said himself about Spurs :

Some of us did warn the forum last season was a one off, a number of things were in our favour that wouldn't be this season. I did expect some regression regardless of who we signed or sold but 15 points in eleven games is absolutely dreadful.

It won't be long before Rodgers will come under pressure to prove himself worthy of the new contract.
