Very noticeable today how players mature and excel at different stages of their development. I've never seen a prodigy like Sterling at u18 level (when he was a tiny 15 yr old), he was certainly much more impressive than Ibe at that stage, but there's no doubt now that Ibe has been much better in his first few first team games than Sterling was. I'd say it was down to his physicality, but his advantage there was even more pronounced when they were younger.

True. But Sterling seems to be much more confident and direct than a year ago in the senior side. And he's still only 18.
It's looking good for us. Those two could save us tens of millions if they keep improving.
