Before the game, i didn't think draw was a bad result. But, after watching it i feel we had enough to come away with three points.

Anyway with our fixture list it's about staying in touch. Hopefully we find more improvement every week, with the increased training time that not being in Europe offers.

Clyne has no one to come in and replace him. We're sorely lacking in any backups for fullbacks it's a problem if he has a dip in form

Decent performance against a team that were probably there for the taking.
We really should have kicked on early in the second half.
Can't believe Klopp didn't consult with the posters on here when he was picking his team though.
Bad form that.

Seriously?? I thought he was good today. Loads of great passing and nearly scored.
People are seriously weird with giving up on a player after 3 games.
I get the concerns over wijnaldum. He's not really making his presence felt. Kind of forget he's there, which isn't ideal when our midfield is lightweight

Klopp's a dickhead.. (Yup I said it)

Striker scored two in midweek and left him on the bench to prove a point.. It was a line up that lacked a natural goalscorer and desperately needed one..

Seething with that decision.. Why pick Bobby ahead of him ??

We where on top in the first half, a clinical Studge could of made the difference

Baffling

Nah Wijnaldum is offering us nothing at the moment. He's not providing a goal threat, he's not a defensive shield, he's not skillful, he's not a great passer of the ball. What does he actually do?

Seems like he's playing within himself. But that in itself is an early indication that he might not have the mentality to play for us.

I thought the officials were terrible today. Last weekend penalties were given for holding in the box yet today it was a telling off and a retake of the corner. The linesman was behind the play when lallana was called offside. Mané should have seen red.

Origi was terrible when he came on and we lost our way a bit with that sub.

If have been pleased with a point there but feeling a bit disappointed right now.

That could be any number of our players.

We didn't really create enough again infront of goal, say 3 shots on target or something again? It looked like if it wasn't Mane we weren't going to score.
Can't really moan about a draw away at a top 4 side though.

Yeah Wijnaldum was a pretty pointless signing.
He's not combative enough for central midfield and he's not going to be put into an advanced role with the options we have there.
The 25 million could have gone on more pressing needs.

Coutinho had 4 of Liverpools 5 shots on target..

Yes he scored a brace against Arsenal, but he is not a striker..

I would love to turn back the clock and See how Studge would of faired with those 4 shots..

I don't think studge would have been in the position Coutinho took up

Thought we played really well and the result feels more like a defeat. Matip looks good - thought both centre halves played well together.

But the goal stemmed from sloppy positioning at left back. Again. Sort that out and we'll be a real solid unit.

I don't see the point of Wijnaldum. Thought he was pretty anonymous.

Slowly but surely falling behind the rest of the pack.

Good performance by the lads today.

Yup, the chance came from that, but I don't get where Clyne was when the ball fell to rose

When sloppy finishing is costing you points, it could be a good idea to have studge on the pitch.

Still a place for frim ahead of lalana. Slow / poor decision making in the final third

Was worried about that midfield of ours but it did alright in the end.

4 points from the first 3 games. We're on par I think. Better than 3 draws

I'm starting to wonder if I'll ever understand how we're going to play or even trying to play. I like midfielders who can move up and down the pitch and control the game and I like strikers that are brilliant at scoring goals. Is that so old fashioned?

Instead we seem to play seven players that aren't great midfielders or great attackers but versatile enough to play in either and do a job.

Wait til wijnaldum plays at home. Then he'll be boss.

Just pap for the other half of the season

Studge scored two against Burton Albion. Against Burnley he was hopeless.
