Suso

Being deadly serious. I just don't see him making it here. I would love to be proven otherwise, but don't think he will. I very much doubt he'll be coutinho class. He's started well to life back in his homeland, but let's see if he can maintain it. In Spain I'm pretty sure he gets more time on the ball, allowing him to flourish, we all know that's not the case here.

He has good control and isn't a slouch. With a couple of years development and gametime in this league, he will figure how to find space.

Junior's right, this is the classiest kid we've had in donkey's years.

I don't think the time on the ball thing is an issue. Good players give themselves time on the ball and Suso is a good player capable of cutting it in this league.

He does need to improve his end product, but then most young kids do.

Yeah, maybe I'm just being cynical, but my gut suggests he won't be seen in a red shirt again

I'm a big fan of Suso and also think perhaps the most talented kid we've had for years, however I can't help but get that same kinda feeling - that we won't give him much of a chance.

We'll see. Hopefully Suso has a great season, helps Almeria stay up and Rodgers recognizes that he is a player worth integrating into the squad proper next season.

looks a lot like coutinho in his style of play, putting them both in the side might see us a bit narrow and congested in the middle but i really hope he gets a chance here, i have a feeling he'll be sold though tbh

There's no reason to sell him whatsover. If we can't turn a talent like Suso into first team material, then there's something seriously wrong with our youth development system.

I'd bet my house Barca will be in for him at some point in the next three years. And they'll persist Fabregas style.

Like that fella, that bet his house on the gunners? Deal!

Oh and we're Liverpool, Barca won't have a chance.

Who signed Suso anyway, was it Rafa (he's awful in the transfer market apart from all his successes), or Kenny (Would you like a top 4 finish with those cup finals?)

i dunno, the plaudits would be hard for Brendan to ignore. And we do need more options in that position.

Yes, having watched this clip footage, I'm convinced he needs a chance (and I know I shouldn't be so easy).

I just need to see balls going into wheely bins and then I'm board.

???
You're betting your house too?
Great!
