What's so mind boggling about it? He's started in 50% our games, and presumably played in at least 10% more of our games, while 56% of our goals have come in that time. Seems about average.
Downing has created 10 clear cut chances this season. 3 more than any other LFC player.

Its mind boggeling because he should play more. Whenever he gets into form he's dropped, and that has been after we have won some games on the trot aswell. Its start stop start stop, and its no good. The league has been over for a while now yet he's played very little.
And we're more likely to win games when he and Suarez starts.
