We win our next match, we guarantee fourth, we win the one after, we guarantee third, next one it's second, the last one it's first.

At least I think that's right...

[article=http://www.independent.co.uk/sport/football/premier-league/norwich-city-v-liverpool-analysis-why-luis-suarez-will-score-at-carrow-road-on-sunday-9269649.html]It's inevitable, Liverpool's Luis Suarez will get on the scoresheet against Norwich City in their Premier League match on Sunday.

The Canaries are the Uruguayan's favourite opponents - he has scored 11 goals in his five league matches against the struggling club, four more than he has netted against any other team.

After his four strikes when the teams last met in Liverpool's 5-1 win at Anfield in December, Suarez became the first player ever to score three hat-tricks against the same club in Premier League history

He also scored trebles against Norwich in the 5-2 triumph at Carrow Road in September 2012 and also in the 3-0 victory at the ground the previous season.

At Carrow Road alone, Suarez has scored six goals in the division - more than any other visiting player, averaging a goal every 29 minutes at the east Anglia ground.

With 29 goals in the league this season, Suarez needs six more to surpass the Premier League record of most goals scored in a season - the total of 34 set by Alan Shearer for Blackburn in 1994/95 and Andy Cole for Newcastle in 1993/94.[/article]

How many does he need to have the record for most in a 38 game season?

Not that it will matter too much, winning the league is more important, but it's always nice to have Liverpool players with records.

Manager looking for team to upset the odds this Sunday
NEIL Adams insists he’s left no stone unturned in his preparation to face Premier League leaders Liverpool this Sunday.

The Canaries’ boss is tasked with finding a way to end the visitors’ ten-match winning streak, but he says the players are going into the encounter confident of getting a positive result.

“It speaks for itself their run, and we respect that, but all runs are due to come to an end at some time and why can’t it be theirs that comes to an end at Carrow Road on Sunday?” he suggested when talking exclusively to Norwich City TV.

“It’s going to be tough, of course it is, but we’re confident. We treat every team the same.

“The research has been thorough, and we’ve spotted one or two weaknesses and identified one or two areas where we think we can have a little bit of joy against Liverpool.

Adams, who will be taking charge of his first game at Carrow Road as manager, is hoping his side can use the home crowd to inspire them – and vice-versa.

“We have to make sure that the crowd stay with us, and that means obviously the application from the players being right and the football being right as well,” he added.

“If we can guarantee that, I’m sure we can guarantee the backing from the crowd.

“It’s a great atmosphere at Carrow Road in these big games, and no disrespect to the other teams but as we’ve said, they’re the best team in the country so it will be rocking.”

I wonder what weaknesses they've found?

The Anfield wrap just had their Norwich fan on who said they're playing dreadfully & she wouldn't be surprised if they didn't score again this season.

I'm guessing its an overheated dressing room, not watering the pitch or parking the player bus a mile from the stadium..
