The Jones incident was a farce. Ronaldo fouled Jones then kicked at a "dead ball".into Jones....could've ruined his honeymoon. If Jones had done that he'd get three months bread & water with a shit sandwhich if he was lucky.
Fernades also nearly bust Jones ankle and gets a sympathy yellow. Fred nearly rearranged Keita's good looks and nothing more than a yellow. Yellow was an appropriate colour for the Ref.
