Who's been mostly average all season.

But nonetheless our time to move Mo on for big dosh has gone, We're stuck with him whether we like it or not....and I guess it only becomes a problem to some if its preventing us on fully rebuilding the squad or at least going some way to.

Overall Mo is still producing in numbers, aint they aren't bad for most 30 year olds but because it's Mo we all expect him to carry it on like a machine.

17 goals / 6 assists in all comps is pretty decent at the halfway stage...but it's a weird one because if he carries this on he'll be on course to having his best tally since his first season but in the league it'd be the worst.

The guy has played every minute of every game this season except 2. The EFL cup game against Derby and the 7-1 battering of Rangers in the CL...funny enough his best game this season came at Rangers when he came on as a late sub.

It's always been Hendo who has covered Trent, and well at that whilst we left Mo further up to spring counters off which is how we've played for so long.

Is he pressing from the front? Yes but not to the degree which we've seen, same goes for the team...main attribute to intense pressing is energy....we have 0

Potential to be great yes. I think he's doing just fine at the minute, he's got a lot in his tool box just needs a little more composure and he'll be as good as Torres was.

Donkeys are for people like Vorini Borini Lambert Balotelli Carroll and Benteke....he deserves a little more respect than that.

No but it’s been the most important in football since the game was invented. He’s on track for over 30 goals and 10 assists this season. Fuck me and people think it’s his drop off that’s been the main contributor to our decline.

Firmino hasn’t played the same amount of games due to largely his injury record.
He has been unavailable for 29 games across 2 seasons ( feels like a lot more though)…

And counting the minutes, then it seems Firmino is not far from Salah.

This is over a very short amount of time to draw any conclusions though.

Salah has 173 goals in 280 games for us. As I've said before, I'm shocked about how little he is valued among our fanbase.
